Private inspection is allowed, so long as entry to the home is by 2 people only at any one time and only these people attending being from the same address, on the home site to inspect the property in addition to our staff at any one time.
We also ask in respect of the restrictions, buyers attending do so without additional friends, family or young children (if possible) for everyone’s safety. We, of course, are happy to arrange further private inspections for these additional people to see the property at a later stage.
During each inspection it is important we act safely and sensibly at all times to avoid the spread of Covid19.
